When To See A Doctor?
Usual back pains can be treated with self-care by resting, hot compress, or back massage. But when pain continues to persist for several days or will not improve after resting, or when the pain goes down below the knees, then it is time that you must see your doctor. There might be a serious underlying cause of your back pain that can only be seen through an x-ray. Some severe conditions like bladder problems can be the underlying factor of your back pain.
